I love this so much! Love creepy places like museums! Also, that music outside was just anxiety fuel lol Great job!! The game is second in the video starts at 9:02
I've wandered a lot through museums around the globe, but never lost the plot. I <3 the story line, as it was told to me through distorted TV/video clips. Short, but nicely done, guys. Big thumbs up.
The game was (more or less) an excuse to get myself out of the everyday rut and do something creative again. No deeper meaning etc... although it is interesting to see people try to give it some meaning. :-)
I may not have been able to fully understand the meaning behind this game but it didn't change how much I enjoyed it. this game was awesome. The graphics and art pieces were beautiful, the storyline was interesting and the creepy parts really got me. I really enjoyed this and would highly recommend.
I couldn't understand much of the prompts in the museum lol, maybe that was part of the point? I did like all of the short creepy movies on the TVs and the building at the end.
Interesting... I can't just not describe how significant this game was and how much it showed the beauty and horror combined in the same environment, where the end is nothing but a reality curtain being shown to the player. For those who were confused by the text and overall theme for the game, it's about surrogacy and it's done quite well, in a way that is subtle, yet towards the end very direct.
To be fair, this is not the discussion to be held on the page, where mostly kids are trying to play games, download fun horror and beginner developers to start their portfolio, but, the project is ambitious. Personally, I've made a game about postnatal depression, called "Envy" and not many people got the idea behind that. Simple speaking - big words sometimes grab less attention.
Now, for the critique of this, I had no issues at all, the performance, game logic, sound design, everything had the perfect tone for this horrific piece of sad, eerie narration. For the most part, we can talk a lot about social issues, injustice towards the surrogacy and many nitpicking, yet, we are not ones to decide in my opinion. Speaking from a professional standpoint, I've seen couple of stories like this unfold in front of my eyes and it's unimaginable how much can a person take or what is the cost of our materialistic, shallow world. It's tragic, mostly.
Looking forward to seeing more from you, especially, I would recommend to tackle less grounded and more fictional ideas, like psychological horror and etc. This was unique, strange and twisted. All I have to say.

Yep, all the descriptions in the museum were made to sound intentionally artsy-fartsy :-) Thank you for playing!
